Interesting angle. Certainly dust and so forth are an issue. Changing filters on your furnace, installing vents on the air vents, humidifiers/purifiers definitely help!
I am considering a procedure called balloon sinuplasty to help me get better air flow in my sinuses. I hope it helps finally. But I would also urge everyone to pay attention to air quality in your home.
THank you.

Thanks for the advice. Normally I'm more depressed than anxious, but lately it's been the other way around. I'm going to keep taking the Prozac until I talk to the doctor again next week and see what she says. I just hope she can find something that works soon, because I'd like to get back to some resemblance of normal.

Hang in there. Those types of meds DO take weeks to work effectively.

Those that tend toward depression usually take a Prozac-type drug.

Those that tend toward anxiety usually take a Paxil-type drug. (I'm an anxious person and Paxil works for me, but took 5+ weeks to take effect.)

Had a friend who started on Prozac and it made him worse (was not the drug for him since he tended toward anxiety). He is now on Paxil and MUCH better.

Stay with it. If you get worse, contact your doc. If not, stick with it until you go to the follow-up. It takes time for them to find the drug that will work for you.

Thanks Nikki. Things are looking a little better now. My writer's block has let up a bit, and I'm almost caught up on everything. The husband has threatened to sell my computer if I don't take a long weekend! So I'm going to try to get ahead and then do just that. Then maybe I'll be refreshed and ready to get back on track and stay there.

Taking a break every now and then is important. Sometime we just need to breathe before we tackle all the things on our to-do- list. I've taken many breaks during my blog life. Hope you feel better soon

New clothes are often disappointing anyway. They promise a whole new way of life when you buy them. In the end you end up with a wardrobe full of broken dreams.

I love my old clothes, they great me like old friends from the wardrobe. I know they are reliable.

I totally empathise with your plight. It's crazy that America is the wealthiest country and is the 38th country for health care!
