Hubby and I have looked at a few houses over the past few days. We went by one today that we’re really interested in, but I don’t know if we’ll be able to get a loan to get it or not.

We also looked at one yesterday evening that we really loved, but the bank doesn’t want to finance it. I just hope we can find something. Everything is so expensive around here, especially considering the far below average median income in the area. Judging by the prices, you’d think we were looking at Wilmington real estate, near the beach.

I hope something ends up working out. There’s no way we can afford to rent a house or even a mobile home again at the prices rentals are going for now.
