The weather has taken a turn for the better lately here in the mountains. We haven’t gotten nearly as much rain as we need to catch up after the summer drought, but at least we did get a little. And the past few days have been absolutely gorgeous.

My mood has been pretty bleak, but when I look outside I can’t help but feel kind of lucky. I don’t need to think about buying Tampa real estate to have beautiful weather in the fall this year. I may be singing a different tune in a few weeks, though. Mountain weather is strange like that.
